What is the Secretariat
The Secretariat is the local body charged with the life and direction of the VDC movement. It accepts responsibility to guard the indentity of Via de Cristo. All leaders in the secretariat demonstrate through service to their church their commitment to Jesus Christ. The guiding power of the secretariat is the same power that Jesus uses to develop and guide the Church, the power to serve faithfully and selflessly (Ephesians 1:19). The secretariat serves the community by the grace provided through the Holy Spirit.
